SOAtest data driven / data decoupling implementation

I have recently tried to apply the Data Driven Testing concept in more generic way than just provisioning data for a test.
My goal was to build a simple test suite using SOAtest tool where each test case is defined by a row in an Excel document and the tool itself is used as a data delivery "service".
